About the Role:

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and implement core backend services, APIs, and infrastructure for our healthcare platform.
• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, microservices, and server-side applications.
• Manage and enhance backend integrations with cloud platforms, databases, and legacy systems.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure seamless system performance and functionality.
• Troubleshoot backend issues, debug complex defects, and optimize performance.
• Maintain technical documentation, contributing to best practices and code standards.
• Stay abreast of backend development trends, exploring opportunities to enhance our systems.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience in SaaS environments, with exposure to frontend systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL), with a focus on scalable data architecture.
• Proven expertise in cloud platforms, such as AWS (CloudFront, S3, Lambda, SQS, SES).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on backend scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like React to support collaborative efforts.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
