About the role:

You will be a part of a Cards & Payments solutions tribe spanning across the three Baltic Countries. This job is about leading team of 5 people that are developing Payment solutions in banks‘ channels . On top of it, you will also contribute to managing team’s backlog.

SEB Delivery Team Lead is a combination of Scrum Master and team lead roles – you should care for the team as much as for delivery .

Therefore, running Scrum , growing people , building personal development plans, enabling team to improve & have full freedom to run the team comes with this job. You should also have good strategies for product owner on how to balance planned work vs unplanned (i.e. maintenance, team improvements, technical refactoring).

You are a good fit for this role if:

• Have background in financial area, preferably with payments.
• Ambitious about building, running, training, and motivating cross-country team who will build best in class solutions for our clients.
• Have practical experience with Scrum and know when to apply Scrum and Kanban.
• Able to collect empirical data of Scrum team and use it in meaningful ways.
• Identify and continuously work on removing impediments.
• Ability to manage and reduce dependencies.
• Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in oral and written English (English is required as you will be working on solutions, developing products and services in the Baltics, and collaborating with Baltic teams)
  
  

Having IT background is not mandatory but certainly would serve as an advantage.

€3,900 - €5,900 a month

(before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
