Growth Lead

At Neon Labs, we are building a high-performance, open source platform for launching decentralized applications on the Solana blockchain using the same programming languages and developer tooling as Ethereum. Ethereum developers can scale performance and access new liquidity without significant code changes, or build scalable applications from day one.

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Growth Lead to facilitate the development of Neon EVM ecosystem (the key metric is TVL) and drive the innovation that defines Neon. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dapps/users’ acquisition, activation, retention, and upsells.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Identify key markets, audiences, and positioning to ensure successful product adoption and growth.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including venture capitalists (VCs), investors, and strategic partners.
• Conceptualize and implement loyalty and incentive programs (e.g., points programs) to engage and retain users. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of these programs to continuously improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Act as a spokesperson and advocate for Neon in public forums, conferences, and online communities.
• Establish and monitor analytical dashboards to track performance metrics effectively.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience developing and executing GTM strategies in fast-paced tech or Web3 environments.
• Expertise in user growth initiatives, including loyalty programs and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent public speaking and advocacy skills, with experience representing a brand in public forums.
• Knowledge of blockchain, Web3 industries; familiarity with decentralized applications is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
