Job Description

Title: Senior Engineer Fullstack

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of an agile development team to design, estimate, develop, test and deliver commercial software products.
• Drive UI architecture, design and develop rich UI web applications and reusable UI components.
• Ensure best practices, design guidelines for UI development
• Provide technical leadership to fellow UI engineers.
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications and server-side applications
• Develop and design generic, secure & scalable RESTful services and APIs
• Write unit and integration tests and collaborate with QA for resolution of issues
• Collaborate with product owners and product managers to understand business requirements and for user story creation and refinement.
• Provide input for project estimation, planning, timelines, and status
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as necessary.

Required Education:

• University degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of Web Front End development using various technologies, frameworks, and tools
• Strong experience with REACT and JavaScript/TypeScript for Web UIs.
• Good experience with C#, JSON, REST APIs
• In-depth understanding of web development
• Knowledge of best practices in back-end architecture, including performance, security and scalability
• Experience with Azure Cloud hosting and scaling web applications
• Knowledge of Azure technologies and environment
• Knowledge in authentication concepts and technologies such as OAuth, OpenID, Azure Active Directory B2C
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum development methodologies
• Working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops.
• Domain knowledge in life-cycle assessment is an asset
