WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Develop value-based positioning that communicates how Netwrix solutions uniquely solve the audience’s problems
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research of the market, competitors, and customers to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies
- Craft compelling messages and create marketing materials targeted at IT pros, C-level executives, and other Netwrix buyers to drive demand for Netwrix products, ensuring technical quality and consistent brand voice
- Create and deliver sales training and tools to enable sales to be successful in their job
- Plan new launches and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute the plan
- Prepare public appearances, such as booth content and event speaking slots
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or management, or equivalent working experience
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years of relevant product marketing experience in a technology company
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to translate technical or complex ideas into clear, concise, and compelling messages;
- Ability to prioritize work
- Ability to quickly switch between strategy and execution
- A self-motivated, passionate, curious personality with a growth mindset and a bias towards personal accountability and action
