ML Engineer

Location: Malmö (5 days onsite)

Description

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of client’s ML initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams of talented designers, engineers, and researchers. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and deploying cutting-edge ML models, working on innovative models.

Your Responsibilities:

• Architect and Engineer ML Systems: Design, build, and scale robust and efficient ML systems that meet our highest performance and reliability standards.
• Innovate in Model Development: Conduct cutting-edge research and develop state-of-the-art ML models for various applications
• Collaborate with Other Experts: Work closely with other ML and Software engineers to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  
  

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying ML models in production environments.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in programming languages like Python and frameworks such as PyTorch and their equivalents.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• A passion for user experience and a deep understanding of human-computer interaction.
• Experience in working with large-scale datasets and distributed systems.
  
  

Bonus Points:

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying Transformer models in production environments.
• Proven experience in building real-time inference models in production environments.
• Experience in curating datasets and creating annotation guidelines.
• Experience working with GIS data.
• Experience developing in Scala.
• Publications in peer-reviewed ML conferences or journals.
• Contributions to open-source ML projects.
