Digital Project Manager

Contract period: 03.02.2025 - 31.12.2026

Location: Stavanger

Main Tasks:

• Manage digital projects to ensure effective and high-quality execution and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for better enterprise outcomes through effective project management.
• Define scope, set goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholders’ and cient’s goals and priorities.
• Follow up on project deliveries concerning scope, progress, costs, and quality.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, navigating the landscape with trust and influence.
• Apply structured change management methodologies to meet project objectives.
• Define success metrics and ensure high-quality project outcomes that produce value.

Qualifications:

• Master of Science or similar. Relevant experience can compensate for education.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience within Project Management in the E&P business
• Team-oriented person who can work both at a strategic and operational level.
• Fluent/good abilities in English or Norwegian, both verbal and written
• Experience in stakeholder management and – communication
• Varied Tasks: You appreciate varied tasks and are comfortable with multiple reporting paths.
• Flexibility: You are flexible with regards to traveling.
