Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage individual components of complex, client-facing implementations across different business areas
• Gather, understand, document, and communicate customer requirements
• Ensure solutions meet customer needs and expectations
• Develop, manage, and track detailed project plans
• Ensure proper governance, planning, and tracking for successful project delivery
• Monitor project costs and ensure they align with the allocated budget
• Manage third-party providers to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain and update project logs, including risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions
• Manage and escalate risks, issues, and change requests as needed
• Report on project progress to internal stakeholders and ensure effective communication across all parties

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management and the delivery of projects
• Prior experience using a RACI matrix
• Demonstrated experience in managing third-party providers
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to apply logical thinking to solve problems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships both internally and externally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of the development lifecycle
• Minimum of 18 months’ commercial experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous consulting experience is desirable
• Experience in managing payment and fraud solutions is a plus
• Familiarity with Payment Gateway Services is advantageous
