IT Support engineer (Part-Time, 0.5 FTE)

Are you an IT professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in Ljubljana? We’re hiring an IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team!

• Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia (Onsite)
• Hours: Part-Time (0.5 FTE, 20 hours/week)
• Languages: Slovenian & English (fluency required)
• Salary: €17,500 per annum (gross) + Benefits

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 1+ years proven experience in an IT support role or similar
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, networking protocols, and common software applications.
• 1+ years experience hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and system administration.
• Proven experience with incident resolution and ticket management.
• Knowledge of network connectivity support and IT security best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Slovenian and English.
