As our Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales strategy, connecting with key financial players, attending strategic events, and building a powerful client network. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Outbound to drive new business opportunities and play a key role in expanding our client base in the blockchain and fintech space. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, proactively identifying and engaging potential clients, and setting the stage for successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities


Prospecting & Lead generation

• Research and identify key decision-makers in financial institutions, investment firms, and blockchain-related industries.

• Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.

• Develop and maintain a targeted prospect list aligned with Brickken’s strategic goals.


Pipeline development & nurturing

• Qualify leads through discovery conversations, identifying their needs and how our solutions can add value.

• Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).

• Execute follow-up strategies to maximize engagement and move prospects through the sales funnel.


Sales Enablement & Business Development

• Educate potential clients on tokenization, Real World Assets (RWA), and Brickken’s solutions.

• Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales executives to drive deal closures.

• Work closely with marketing to optimize outbound messaging and refine targeting strategies.


Process optimization & strategy development

• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and refine outbound sales strategies.

• Provide feedback and insights based on prospect interactions to improve messaging, positioning, and outreach techniques.

• Contribute to building scalable processes that enhance efficiency and lead generation effectiveness.


What we’re looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

• Experience with CRM and sales tools such as:

• HubSpot (CRM)

• LinkedIn Premium

• Apollo or similar prospecting tools


Bonus points if you have:

• Previous experience in financial products, blockchain, or tokenization.

• A strong network in the fintech, investment, or Web3 space.
