Network Architect

About the Job

To strengthen our client's teams in Geneva, we are looking for a Security and Network Architect. This role is within a prestigious banking institution, offering a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document modern and scalable network architectures.
• Propose solutions to optimize connectivity and availability.
• Integrate innovative technologies (SD-WAN, cloud, etc.).
• Define and implement a cybersecurity strategy.
• Ensure data and infrastructure security in compliance with standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
• Identify and manage security risks, proposing appropriate solutions.
• Support teams in implementing network and security solutions.
• Work closely with IT teams and external partners.
• Conduct technological watch to anticipate evolving needs.
• Write technical documentation and security policies.
• Report to stakeholders and IT management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a banking environment.
• Desired certifications: CCNP, CCIE, CISSP.
• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
• Expertise in security solutions (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, DLP, etc.).
• Good knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with network monitoring and analysis tools.
• Fluent in French.
