Role Overview

The OTC Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence by onboarding merchants, corporates, and enterprises to accept crypto payments through ARP Pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure partnerships with merchants, corporates, and enterprises.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive adoption.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the payment and crypto ecosystems.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and integration.
• Provide ongoing client management and support to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably within the PSP or crypto payments space.
• Strong understanding of OTC trading and digital assets is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency payment solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
