Project Manager

Duration: 1 month, approx. 35 hours/week

Location: Fully remote

Position Overview

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to help lead their internal teams in delivering creative projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Project managing creative assets including emails, website updates, social media and video assets, and digital production.
• Utilize Asana for project tracking and manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate with creative teams and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Onboard new team members and ensure a comprehensive understanding of project tracking processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools, specifically Asana.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Pro-active approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of creative processes, including design, writing, and video production.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders effectively and foster collaborative relationships.
