Frontend Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to support the platform layer for centralizing and abstracting infrastructure issues away from application teams. The successful candidate will work with developers and business users to ensure the platform delivers excellent developer experience (DX) and meets the AI needs of its users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the platform to support GenAI use cases securely and consistently.
• Collaborate with developers and business users to optimize platform usability and performance.
• Implement Single Page Applications (SPA) and automated frontend tooling/testing processes.
• Continuously improve platform DX by integrating user feedback and adopting the latest technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and frontend tooling.
• Proven expertise in building SPAs and implementing automated frontend tooling/testing with GitHub Actions.

Preferred Skillsets:

• Proficiency in the full SPA stack, including Webpack, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for understanding business requirements and leveraging technology to improve processes.

Familiarity with and a strong interest in learning about current and emerging technology landscapes
