Introduction

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product manager(s) to co-deliver digital initiatives relating to data, investment platforms and/or other digital initiatives
• Be deeply involved in the delivery phase of the assigned product (scrum ceremonies, solutioning and ideation, product backlog grooming etc), and co-own the product backlog and burndown metrics
• Work with both business teams in understanding business requirements, and with development team in translating business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Support the product managers in tracking and analyzing program metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science / information systems, analytics or a related field.
• Strong interest in product management and technology-driven initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
