Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £30,000k - £40,000k Annually


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and support projects related to our internal systems and applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the operations, IT, and copywriting teams to ensure that the tools and platforms we use are running smoothly, effectively meeting our needs, and supporting the delivery of top-notch content for our clients. You will play a key role in optimizing our processes and improving the user experience for our teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of internal systems and applications used for project management, content creation, and communication.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements for software tools and workflows.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet business objectives.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and teams to keep them informed of project progress, risks, and resolutions.
  • Assist with testing, training, and documentation related to new systems and applications.
  • Analyse system performance and user feedback to help drive improvements and ensure software solutions are optimized for the team’s needs.
  • Track software releases, updates, and system changes, and manage the implementation of necessary updates.
  • Support the integration of new systems and tools with existing software platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and assist with procurement and licensing for software solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or managing administritive tasks
  • Strong understanding of systems management, applications, and software integration.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and other relevant software tools used in the copywriting and content creation process is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
