Senior Product Manager

As a fast-growing and high-performing GRC software company, we’re seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the charge in expanding our flagship enterprise risk management platform, Protecht ERM.

As our new Senior Product Manager, you be instrumental in driving new product solutions and developing new features across the B2B software space. You will ensure alignment with overall vision and strategy and deliver a compelling product and service to our customers. You will drive changes from their inception to execution and be responsible for the development of all go-to-market activities.

You are an experienced Product Manager who genuinely loves what you do with experience in the risk, B2B and/or SaaS space. You are passionate and will be the product champion and assist the sales, marketing and advisory teams.

This role will suit those who are strategic and commercially focused and a deep understanding B2B software product management.

You’ll be a great fit if you can show:

• Proven experience in a product role involving the design and development of new products from concept to launch
• Experience in writing compelling and accurate business cases
• Experience in conducting in-depth market analysis and research to identify opportunities, trends, and market needs
• Expertise in identifying competitive and alternative offerings in the market, assessing their strengths and weaknesses, and developing a strategy for winning against the competition
• The ability to differentiate between market and customer problems and manage prioritisation accordingly
• Examples of meeting and exceeding growth KPIs, ensuring that your product or feature roadmap is aligned with the sales and account management teams
• Experience working in an agile product environment with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Exposure to working with a mix of onshore and offshore development and UX teams
• Understanding of risk and compliance and/or business continuity, crisis management and incident management would be highly regarded
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS environment
• Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve
• You are a real people person, and can influence and work with multiple stakeholders
• Understanding and experience in design led and user experience led product development
• Outstanding proactive communication and stakeholder management experience
• You are a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment but want to have fun and a laugh too!
• Partnering and coordinating with various parts of the business when required as well as maintaining strong relationships across the sales teams
