Job Summary: The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on a variety of marketing activities, including user acquisition, advertising campaigns, and audience development. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with different teams to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and aligned with client objectives. In this role you will work closely with both analytics and marketing departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user acquisition channels to identify the most effective sources for new users.
- Measure the performance of acquisition and retargeting campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) both for web and in-app traffic
- Assess SEO strategies and their impact on organic traffic and search rankings.
- Analyze influencer marketing efforts to determine their contribution to overall campaign success.
- Monitor and analyze landing page performance, making recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and refine audience segments to improve targeting and messaging in campaigns.
- Create detailed, data-driven reports that communicate key insights, trends, and performance metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Proficiency in SQL & Python
- Experience working with BigQuery, Snowflake DWH
- Experience with ELT tools as DBT, Dataform
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer
- Proficiency with data visualization tools as Looker Studio and Power BI
- Experience with ad platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way.
