Business Analyst

At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Business Analyst, to strengthen our team in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

1. Engage with stakeholders, product managers, and end-users to elicit, document, and refine both functional and technical requirements.
2. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
3. Work hand-in-hand with the Product Owner and development team to ensure technical requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with the overall product architecture.
4. Collaborate with the Product Owner to design user-centric solutions and ensure that functional requirements are in sync with the technical capabilities of the team.
5. Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, system diagrams, and testable acceptance criteria that facilitate shared understanding across the team.

Knowledge/Experience

Experience

1. Several years' experience in an equivalent position as an IT Business Analyst with proven track record in the business.

2. Preferable with strong supply chain / logistics (customs would be an advantage) domain knowledge and experience.

3. Experience within Automotive is a bonus.

4. Experience with leading the investigations and projects.

5. Experience with analyzing commonly used file formats like , xml , Json, Yaml etc.,

6. Experience of PDM /Bom structures is plus.

7. Experience Interviewing key stakeholders and facilitating workshops for identifying business needs and process/information modelling.

8. Experience with Data modelling, Preferable with Power BI.

Skills

1. Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

2. Excellent in navigating and understanding complex digital ecosystems with multiple integrations.

3. Excellent understanding of dependencies and interfaces between processes and solutions.

4. A good understanding of agile development.

5. Experience of creating features and user stories and acceptance criteria's/scenarios.
