We’re looking for a Senior MES Architect who can bring value and work as a key person in our digital manufacturing, especially MES projects. You will act as a creator of architectural design, defining system requirements and use cases to address overall business requirements. You will provide industry best practices in IT/OT convergence and MES solution architecture and ensure that the technical solution remains aligned to business requirements. It would also be beneficial if you have experience in collaborating with machine suppliers to align their designs with the MES expectations and requirements.

You Can Expect To Engage In
Pre-Sales Activities
- Initial customer discovery
- Understand customer needs on manufacturing area
- Work with sales develop customer proposals
- Act as subject matter expert for MES products
- Lead deployment and Integration of customer MES solution
- Enhance and streamline customer manufacturing processes
- Enhance and streamline customer rollout plan for the MES products
- Act as mentor and guide for junior team members
- Lead and define MES system design and configuration for new manufacturing lines
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in developing and deploying multi-site MES Solutions, for example with technology vendors like Aveva, Siemens, SAP, Dassault
- Proficient in any modern programming language (Golang, Java, Python,.NET, C#…).
- At least 10 years of experience working from a Nordic country
- Expertise in Industry 4.0 and IT/OT convergence transformations
- Experience in applying industry standards like ISA-95
- Proven IT development experience as well as experience of multi-cultural project teams, where parts are located off-site
- Experience in agile solution deployment is an advantage
- University degree, preferably in the fields of computer science, engineering or manufacturing
- Good communication skills in English, both orally and written
