Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Role Description

Our client is seeking an Project Manager to support their Corporate Development (M&A) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with M&A leadership to keep projects on track.
• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Optimize resource allocation for project efficiency.
• Maintain project documentation and lead status meetings.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor data entry and system integrations post-transaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of project management experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana or similar
