Agile Consultant

Job Description

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Successfully completed master's or bachelor's degree in information technology, project management or a similar field.

Ability to conduct training and workshops for teams and stakeholders and foster a culture of continuous learning and skills development.

Extensive experience in organizational change processes.

Experience with agile scaling frameworks.

Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops to ensure active participation, engagement, and productive results.

Mandatory Skills

Certification in Agile Project Management, Agile Organization, Change Management or Coaching.

5-7 years of experience as an Agile Coach / Agile Consultant (m/f/d) in software development, software architecture, DevOps or similar fields.
