- Extensive experience Application Development, Maintenance & Support.
- Experience in managing small and medium projects
- Sound understanding of Service Levels.
- Hands-on Incident Management, Service Request Fulfillment, Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis.
- Understands ITIL, ITSM and ServiceNow well
- Can collaborate effectively with Infrastructure Support Team(s) to ensure end-to-end resolution of Incidents and Problems.
- Can collaborate effectively with Application Development Team(s) as required.
