Key Task & Responsibilities

• Oversee program deliverables, schedule, and logistics.
• Facilitate key events such as workshops, mentorship sessions, and demo days.
• Coordinate communication and ensure effective engagement of stakeholders like mentors and investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, understanding their objectives and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement services that add value to partners and startups.
• Track program performance and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
• Strengthen the startup ecosystem through networking events, collaborations, and online engagement.
• Lead a team, setting objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring client and partner retention.
• Regular reporting to the Program Lead, team and stakeholders.
  
  

Your Profile

• At least 3 years experience in managing startup programs, driving success, and engaging with startups effectively.
• Effective project management skills, handling multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering productive relationships with founders and stakeholders.
• Passionate about emerging technology trends, corporate innovation and investment prospectives.
