Say hello to Pago - the go-to app for household payments in Romania! We’re on a mission to expand our success to Poland, Italy, and beyond over the next five years. Our users’ aha moment is seeing all their bills on one screen and paying them all with just one confirmation.

Our mission is to help people better manage and pay their utility bills. Since launching in 2017, we’ve processed a whopping 30 million payments, totalling over 4.5 billion Lei. As a Graphic Designer in the Pago team, you will:

• Design animations (short videos / gifs), videos (tiktok / reels) 🎥
• Create illustrations following the current brand direction 📱
• Create/ plan content: newsletters, banners and landing pages designs ⌨️
• Create / implement visual concepts for campaigns 🎞
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts 🧠
• Make wire-frames and create rapid prototypes and mock-ups ✍️
• Design engaging website pages that meet technical requirements, the business & marketing vision and end-user needs 🔧
• Ensure the quality of work via design reviews, user testing and collaboration with the relevant teams 👀
• Track conversions and share the gathered information through relevant reports ⚙️
• Keep up with the latest design trends and techniques 💻
• Apply what you know now and learn more 💥

We’re looking for someone:

• At least 2 years’ experience in graphic design and website integration. Understanding of marketing campaigns 💼
• Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite ️and Figma ⭐️
• Work well in teams as part of a creative brainstorming process 🤝
• Self-motivating and driven spirit 💪
• Problem solving abilities and sense of ownership for the products he/she will be working on 🧠
• Flexibility and ability to emulate already existent design work and guidelines 🌱
• Ability to multi-task and organize/prioritize work on many simultaneous projects 🪢
• Attentive to details, sense of humor, perseverant, positive approach to life 🌈
• Advertising and agency industry knowledge a major plus ➕

The first six monthsIn the first week expect to:

• Meet your buddy who will guide you through the unspoken rules of the team 🙌
• Get to know your mentor who will provide guidance, advice and feedback 💬
• Onboard into the Pago team while learning our product & brand 📒
• Work with our support team to introduce you to the existing flow of activity ✍️

• Start to provide content, ideas and start their implementation 🧠
• Understand our current progress in Romania and help with where we go next 👀
• Assume ownership of your work 💪
