Job Purpose
The Senior Associate, HR Analytics will play a pivotal role in supporting the People & Culture team by analyzing and interpreting HR data to inform decision-making processes. This position is responsible for providing insights that drive the development of data-driven HR strategies.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze HR data from various sources (e.g., employee surveys, performance data, compensation, recruitment metrics) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop, maintain, and improve HR dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to predict workforce trends and inform HR strategy.
- Stay up to date on the latest and relevant HR analytics trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of HR analytics.
HR System Support:
- Contribute to the development and execution of an HR digital roadmap, identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience.
- Support the implementation of policy and process changes, ensuring necessary changes are integrated into the HR system.
BI Dashboard Creation:
- Develop and maintain HR BI dashboards that provide real-time insights to HR leadership and business units.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure data accuracy and integration with existing systems.
- Continuously improve and optimize dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Engagement and Collaboration:
- Support engagement surveys, pulse checks, and other tools to measure and enhance employee engagement.
- Provide recommendations based on analytics to improve employee experience and retention.
HR Strategy Support:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies by providing data-driven insights and analysis.
- Assist in measuring the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs through ongoing data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR analytics support broader organizational goals.
Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all reports and dashboards are user-friendly and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience and Competencies:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
