- Support cyclical HR activities, including bulk changes, terminations, and data integrity maintenance within the HCMS system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse requirements, identify opportunities, and assist in designing system improvements and process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides and training materials, for new features and processes.
- Proactively monitor system components, troubleshoot issues, and support testing activities to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

- Qualifications equivalent to an undergraduate degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Proven experience in documenting and maintaining business processes or data structures for enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct research and develop solutions for complex issues.
- Organised and methodical approach to tasks, with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, capable of managing objectives with minimal guidance and taking ownership of assigned activities.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
