Our client is a substantial player in the FMCG sector, with a workforce exceeding 200 employees. The company is based in Epping and prides itself on providing excellent service to its extensive customer base. 1 day work from home offered, post onboarding.

Job Description

• Implement and manage HR systems and strategies
• Assist in the development of OHS policies
• Handle employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise
• Manage recruitment and the onboarding process
• Conduct performance and wage reviews
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation
• Ongoing L&D with managers across all levels of the business
• Manage staff training and development programs
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful HR Generalist Should Have

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven knowledge of HR practices and OHS
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
