The airline operates daily scheduled cargo flights and charter services carrying nonstandard goods and general cargo internationally. Job Purpose

The HR Assistant will supports the HR Team in the daily administrative tasks.


Your responsibilities

The HR Assistant supports the department for the following duties :

  • Handle the processes for work permits, visas and any other legal documentation required for new employees,
  • Coordinate and organize the administrative onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete,
  • Assist with the onboarding plans,
  • Draft employment contracts for new hires, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies and local regulations
  • Create and maintain personnel files, ensuring all employee records are updated and stored securely,
  • Assist with onboarding logistics, such as scheduling travel and accommodation for new employees if needed
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned, including filing, scanning and handling all the paperwork related to HR activities


Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Good administration and organization skills,
  • Experience as HR/Administrative assistant will be a plus but newly graduates are more than welcome,
  • Experience with Office Management software like MS Office (Excel and Word specifically) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Must be computer literate
  • Good administration and organization skills,
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
