MERMEC Deutschland is a dynamic and growing company in the rail sector. To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for motivated individuals who will help streamline our HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks
- Manage employee records and maintain personnel data in our HR system
- Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, and reference letters
- Assist with recruitment tasks (creating and posting job ads, organizing interviews)
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees
- Prepare and assist in the creation of internal HR reports and analytics
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR-related topics
Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience
- Completed commercial training or a degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Initial experience in HR, ideally through internships or working student positions
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and a reliable, structured approach to work
- High service orientation and enthusiasm for working with people
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- English - Full professional proficiency is mandatory
- German - Full professional proficiency is mandatory
