Responsibilities
- HR Management:
- Oversee all HR activities in Italy and manage HR operations for the Netherlands.
- Act as the main HR point of contact for the regions, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment with the Beijing headquarters.
- Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify and select top talent.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and role requirements to reflect current needs.
- Employee Relations:
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain a positive work environment.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legal regulations.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments.
- Compliance and Policy Enforcement:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure alignment with regional requirements.
- HR Initiatives and Projects:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, and programs to support business objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the strategic planning of HR activities.
- HR Operations:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
- Prepare reports and analyses to support HR decision-making and reporting to headquarters.
- Management Support:
- Partner with regional and headquarters management to provide HR-related advice and solutions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between regional teams and the Beijing headquarters.
Qualifications
- Citizenship or Work Permit in ITA is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of Chinese and English is a plus.
