Responsibilities

• HR Management:
• Oversee all HR activities in Italy and manage HR operations for the Netherlands.
• Act as the main HR point of contact for the regions, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment with the Beijing headquarters.

• Recruitment:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify and select top talent.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and role requirements to reflect current needs.

• Employee Relations:
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain a positive work environment.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.

• Compensation and Benefits:
• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legal regulations.
• Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments.

• Compliance and Policy Enforcement:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
• Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure alignment with regional requirements.

• HR Initiatives and Projects:
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, and programs to support business objectives.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the strategic planning of HR activities.

• HR Operations:
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support HR decision-making and reporting to headquarters.

• Management Support:
• Partner with regional and headquarters management to provide HR-related advice and solutions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between regional teams and the Beijing headquarters.

Qualifications

• Citizenship or Work Permit in ITA is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of Chinese and English is a plus.
