MyBee is the only fully digital car subscription provider in the Baltics, launched in Lithuania three years ago. It‘s a new way of having a car allowing to subscribe it online and use it the same day, without paper documents or long-term commitments. MyBee aims to bring as much simplicity as possible to an increasingly faster-living society that values sustainable solutions. The car subscription solution has been inspired by CityBee, a well-established car-sharing brand in the Baltics. Together, MyBee and CityBee are parts of the Modus Mobility family, which is committed to building mobility solutions that make people's daily lives as flexible as possible, contribute to cleaner cities, and reduce climate change.

We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join MyBee. Bring your creative spark and strategic mindset to this pivotal role, where you'll lead results-driven campaigns across the Baltics.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing marketing plans to grow brand awareness and customer engagement, with a focus shaping MyBee's brand identity, tone and voice
• Leading campaigns across social, ATL, BTL, influencer marketing, events, exhibitions, and seeking innovative channels to grow the MyBee brand
• Collaborating with in-house digital, design, content, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns
• Managing the production of engaging creative assets, including videos, photoshoots, and more
• Guiding marketing initiatives by interpreting data and applying insight at a strategic level
• Exploring new opportunities and brainstorming creative ideas
  
  
  

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

• A proven track record in marketing project management with hands-on experience across multi-channel campaigns
• The ability to think big picture while rolling up your sleeves to get things done
• An eye for spotting trends and turning them into bold, forward-thinking ideas for the brand
• Strong skills in analyzing data and adjusting strategies to keep improving results
• Great collaboration skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and tackle challenges with a positive, solution-focused mindset
• A passion for innovative mobility solutions
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills both in Lithuanian and English.

Monthly salary:

• From 3000 EUR gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies
