IT project manager

About An Open Position

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join small, but fast-growing our client team. This role consists of Project Manager (PM) and Product Owner (PO) responsibilities, offering an engaging, fast-paced environment. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, including internal and e-commerce projects, requiring a strong ability to adapt and navigate complex situations.

YOU WILL:

• Drive project delivery and be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients;
• Be working in Agile environment;
• Coordinate and participate in DSU and own JIRA board; Formulate tasks in Jira for developers;
• Collaborate with another PM on a weekly basis;
• Own project budgets effective management, ensuring financial targets are met;
• Document agreements and updates with clients to maintain clarity and accountability.
  
  
  

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT project management;
• Strong planning and team management skills;
• Experience working with Jira;
• Great communication skills in both Lithuanian and English;
• Outgoing personality with a social approach to teamwork;
• The ability to navigate a highly dynamic work environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities;
• A commitment to transparency, particularly in budget management and client communications.

For this role, we offer a BRUTO (before taxes) salary range of 2500 - 4000 Eur. The final salary agreement is based on skills and experience.
