System Engineer

Your Responsibilities

You will install and configure hardware and software systems, including servers, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.

You will provide technical assistance to users and handle support requests as part of help desk duties.

You will manage and monitor the network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points, ensuring optimal performance.

You will oversee server performance, storage capacity, and data backups.

You will ensure system security by updating antivirus software and performing regular backups.

You will draft and update documentation for hardware and software configurations.

You will contribute to improving internal processes by developing automation solutions to enhance daily efficiency.

Your Profile

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

You have at least 3 years of experience in IT support, analysis, or a related area.

You are proficient in Windows Server, Linux, VMware environments, as well as MS Office and SharePoint tools.

You have excellent communication skills and can explain technical topics to non-technical users.

You can prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Portuguese and French is a plus.
