Project Manager (6-Month Contract)

Location: Amsterdam

Rate: €76 per hour

Contract Length: 6 months

Schedule: On-site 2 days per week

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Amsterdam for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving initiatives within a busy Fintech division, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for low to medium complexity projects with global impact, applying structured methodologies.
• Collaborate with various teams across the Partner Experience Division to scope, plan, and document project goals, KPIs, roadmaps, and main deliverables.
• Ensure consistent project management practices across Partner Brand, Content, Event, and Sponsorship teams while building engagement with business units and centralized functions.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, working collaboratively on marketing projects and campaigns.
• Track and report project progress, creating clear planning documents in conjunction with involved departments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Facilitate project closing and ensure a smooth handover to business as usual processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a cross-functional and global environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and change management processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including Director level.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
