Project Description:

This project involves the custom development of digital solutions for healthcare professionals, middle and senior management in healthcare units, as well as components for users. This is a high-impact, publicly visible project with delivery challenges and coordination with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and evolution of these solutions.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background, ideally with experience as a developer, to lead teams in agile, innovative environments within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should have:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience in healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience with microservices, Fullstack development (React, Angular), and DevOps practices.

Preferred Requirements:

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).

Key Competencies:

• Teamwork: Ability to lead and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Delivery: Focus on delivering high-impact solutions on time and within budget.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external teams and stakeholders.

Educational Background:

• Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
