Backend Developer

At Tata Technologies we make product development dreams a reality by designing, engineering and validating the products of tomorrow for the world’s leading manufacturers. Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Backend Developer, to strengthen our team in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a DevOps software development team that is focused on agile way of working. You will be working in close collaboration with end users, business analysts and other teams and implement Backend capabilities for a tool that facilitates one of the most important steps in the CI/CD and configuration management process.

Main responsibilities

• Develop new features and functionalities according to agreed up on patterns and clean code & best practices.

• Always apply a DevOps mindset using agile/scrum methodologies.

• Address requirements regarding features and participate in solution discussions within the team.

• Ensure ownership of the application and be part of the daily operations/support.

Knowledge/Experience

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in field of Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of documented work experience in working with backend.

• GIT, GITHub/Azure DevOps

• .NET, Visual Studio, C#, ASP .Net Core

• Entity framework or Nhibernate

• Kubernetes experience

• SQL knowledge

Preferable to have:

• Hands-on experience of Azure Cloud e.g. Azure Application Insights, Azure Databases

• Experience working with distributed systems(microservices)

• Experience with Docker containers

• Experience with setting up/working with Helm charts

• Experience working in an DevOps environment where the team both develops functionality and support our end users.
