Division: Group Business Solutions (GBS)

We are looking for an expert Test Lead to join the GBS Asset Servicing, Tax, and Reference Data Tribe to conduct the Integration Testing of business requirements, functional, non-functional and technical, on various Features and Epics. You will be joining an enthusiastic Integration Testing squad consisting of a diverse group of people in different locations (Belgium, France, Poland and India) and all working towards the same goals and sharing the same values, including a passion for sharing good food! 😉

Your main tasks

• Participate in Epic & Feature refinements to ensure testability of requirements
• Define test strategies or optimize existing ones applying a risk based approach
• Prepare the budget for testing (both high level and detailed estimates)
• Prepare test planning
• Coordinate the test environment set-up
• Review the test requirements and test cases
• Test Preparation following the methodology of the group (mainly Agile)
• Coordination of testing activities, this could require some day-to-day resource management, including off-shore resources
• Defect management including accurate assignment and priority setting
• Produce the test progress reports based on the test planning
• Report the testing status to Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) and to other partners
• Address test impediments in cooperation with the Squads, Scrum master, EDO and other partners
• Write up Test Summary Report and discuss the results with all partners
• Accompany the project to Pre-production & Production with the appropriate support
• Provide mentorship and support to less experienced testers and test leads
• Suggest, lead and participate in Retrospectives and other continuous improvement initiatives
• Be an active member of the testing community within Euroclear
  
  

You have

• At least 5 years of working experience with IT Testing (or practicing testing activities)
• Business or technical knowledge in the Asset Servicing domain (Corporate Action processing, Swift messaging, TCS BANCS package)
• Strong analytical mind-set with the ability to extract relevant information from documentation, system data, clients and colleagues and analyze the gathered information.
• An experience working in Agile is a clear asset
• An experience with the risk-based approach
• Experience working with tools such as TFS, ServiceNow, ALM or similar
• Ability to work on several Epics and Features in parallel
• Knowledgeable about non-functional testing and automation, based on market practice
• Experience with task/team management and offshoring is an advantage

Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that doesn't compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
