Project Officer (Qatar National only)

About The Role

As the Project Officer, you will be responsible to facilitate Group Medical Department with all current and future Facility projects effectively and efficiently in order to complete each project on time and with exceptional results. This role will provide day to day co-ordination support for the development, implementation

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate Medical Operations with the execution of current and future facility projects.
• Follows project plans and monitors implementation activities to ensure project delivery on time to stated standards of output.
• Analyses the current operational environment to visualize areas for improvement and advises management accordingly.
• Prepares, maintains and archives project documentation.
• Plans and prepares for project meetings and produces minutes / action trackers as required.
• Co-ordinates with project stakeholders verbally and by email to ensure effective lines of communication are maintained.
• Practices good safety and housekeeping at all times to maintain professionalism.
• Reports to management on progress and issues arising in a timely fashion.
• Orders and maintains any resources needed for project delivery in conjunction with QAS Stores.
• Participates in any QR Medical PMO office activitiesor events as directed by management in support of overall Engineering Department operational deliverance.

About You

• High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role)
• Hands on experience with Microsoft tools
• Good command on English
• Good Command of Arabic

• Experience working with Facility projects
