Junior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Our whole engineering and design team is in SoftServe: Backend, Frontend, UX, BA, DevOps – you name it. From ground zero, we build all, projects, technology, culture, and standards.

Together with our client, we are building scalable and secure solutions in a dynamic, international environment, leveraging the latest technologies in the Azure ecosystem.

IF YOU ARE

Strong in Azure technologies, with hands-on experience in AKS, Azure SQL, CosmosDB, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Configuration, Storage Services, Functions, Monitor, and API Management
Proficient in Azure DevOps, leveraging it for CI/CD pipelines and project tracking
Skilled in infrastructure automation, particularly using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Experienced in containerization and orchestration, working with Kubernetes (AKS), Helm charts, and Dockerized .NET Core applications
Aware of security frameworks, including IAM and Azure Active Directory, with a solid grasp of security best practices
Knowledgeable in Azure networking management, such as subnetting, routing, ACLs, and VPNs
Confident in using Linux operating systems
A team player who values collaboration across functional units, driving innovation and results
Enthusiastic about automating complex infrastructure and ensuring seamless deployments
Familiar with modern cloud architecture and DevOps methodologies (nice to have)

Develop and implement modern technologies, utilizing a range of DevOps tools and approaches
Collaborate with architects to shape the new infrastructure architecture vision
Design and set up highly available, fault-tolerant, and secure infrastructure in the Azure cloud
Enhance team dynamics by actively participating in a strong team of professionals
Elevate project outcomes by contributing to challenging projects with interesting customers
Interact regularly with team members to inject a great sense of humor into day-to-day tasks
