We are looking for a Data Engineer for a freelance project in Helsinki, Finland:

Duration: 12 months + extensions

Location: Helsinki (75% remote/25% onsite)

Languages: Finnish & English Speaking

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Scope: 100%

Context:

We are looking for a Data Engineer for our client in Helsinki. In this role, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of data solutions, focusing on data warehouse modelling, integration development and building ETL and ELT chains. In addition, you will be responsible for managing technical resources and participating in the management of services and the management of development projects.

Tasks:

• Data platform development and maintenance, data warehouse modeling
• Design and implementation of ETL and ELT chains for business needs
• Implementation of integrations and technical solutions from different data sources

Conditions:

• Strong expertise in data warehousing, BIM and ETL/ELT processes
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and integration tools
• Good project management skills and ability to direct development projects
• Fluent in Finnish
