Duration: 6 months + extension possible

Job Description:

As a Product Manager / Product Owner, you will be pivotal in shaping the vision, development, and success of our products. Your mission will involve managing the product lifecycle, defining strategic objectives, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and execute a long-term product strategy informed by market insights and organizational objectives.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (development, design, marketing, and sales) and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Requirements Management: Collect and analyze feedback to improve existing features and prioritize new developments.
• Agile Project Leadership: Oversee product development using agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban); write User Stories, define acceptance criteria, and monitor task progress.
• Product Launch: Coordinate and execute product launches in collaboration with marketing and communication teams.
• KPI Monitoring: Track product performance using key metrics, recommend improvements, and ensure performance targets are met.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile environment.
• Strong ability to define a product vision and translate it into actionable plans.
• Proficiency in agile project management frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in monitoring and optimizing product KPIs.
• Self-driven and effective in both team settings and independent work.
• English proficiency is advantageous depending on company needs.

Additional Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in [specific industry or technology].
