Job Overview

Responsible for designing, managing, maintaining, and operating network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, VLAN, WLAN).

Provides secondary management and maintenance, including end-user support, of other network functions.

Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Ensure all site documents relating to the area of responsibility are updated and relevant.

Participate in local projects as required.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Performs pro-active tasks to ensure availability of the network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, VLAN, WLAN) and perform system design, management, maintenance, upgrades, and backup..

Implements IT projects using various technologies on a variety of network platforms.

Performs secondary management and maintenance of other network functions

Maintains documentation and Knowledge Base Management in related topics.

Day-to-day decision authority to effectively manage network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN).
