Senior Project Manager (hybrid or remote)

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

·      Management and coordination of strategic and ongoing software projects.

·      Implementation of project milestones; gathering and analyzing needs and requirements formulating terms of reference, controlling project progress, meeting deadlines, informing stakeholders in a timely manner.

·      Close collaboration with development teams and good knowledge of the software development process.

·      Planning of project tasks and actions.

·      Communication with external customers, communication management and negotiation.

·      Risk assessment of project activities.

·      Regular reviews of project progress and process improvements.

·      Ensuring on-time delivery of projects, budget management.

·      Working together with the assigned team (task coordination, prioritization, communication management).

Qualifications:

·      Software project management experience - 5 years minimum.

·      Agile mindset and experience as an IT project manager (IT sector is a plus).

·      Working closely with development teams and solid understanding of software development process.

·      Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

·      PM certification is an advantage (PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, Prince2 or other).

·      Technical background is an advantage.

·      Experience working with external customers.

·      Possession of English language skills at B2 level.

·      Native Lithuanian speaker.

Monthly Gross Salary range is 4140 - 5700 € depending on candidate's experience.
