Lead Quant Developer

We are seeking a talented Lead Quant Developer to join our innovative team specializing in high-frequency trading and digital assets. Role Overview

As the Lead Quant Developer, you will lead a dynamic trading team, utilizing your deep expertise in algorithmic trading. From research and design to deployment, you will oversee the full lifecycle of trading strategies while ensuring optimal market performance. Collaborating closely with technical and analytical teams, you will help identify inefficiencies and maximize yield in digital asset markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quantitative developers and analysts.
• Design, develop, and refine algorithmic trading strategies to address market inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with trading desks, senior leadership, and technical teams to align strategies with business goals.
• Stay informed about advancements in quantitative finance, data science, and cryptocurrency markets.
• Share insights and foster innovation within the team to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior quant or trading role, specializing in algorithmic trading and market making in digital assets.
• Expertise in order book dynamics, execution algorithms, and market microstructure.
• Proven track record in developing high-frequency, low-latency trading strategies.
• Experience managing illiquid markets and optimizing spread and inventory under varying conditions.

Nice to Have

• Advanced programming skills in Python for building high-performance trading systems.
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems.
• Understanding of the technical infrastructure behind digital assets and emerging opportunities in the crypto space.
