About the Role

Are you a skilled quantitative trader or developer looking to make an impact in the digital asset trading space? You will play a key role in analyzing vast datasets, designing and implementing algorithmic trading strategies, and optimizing execution in fast-paced digital markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine algorithmic trading strategies to capitalize on market inefficiencies.
• Conduct research and statistical analysis to enhance trading models and decision-making processes.
• Work closely with a team of quantitative developers, software engineers, and traders to improve trading performance.
• Utilize machine learning, forecasting, and data mining techniques to develop predictive models.
• Optimize low-latency trading infrastructure to maximize efficiency and execution speed.
• Stay informed about market microstructure, execution algorithms, and the evolving crypto landscape.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in quantitative trading, market-making, or algorithmic trading strategies.
• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, or Machine Learning.
• Strong programming skills (Python, C++, or Rust) and experience with low-latency systems.
• Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with market microstructure and order book dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain protocols, and digital asset market structures.
• Knowledge of high-frequency trading (HFT) and execution algorithms.
• Previous experience optimizing spread and inventory management in illiquid markets.
