Senior Project Manager - Breda, Netherlands (Hybrid Role)

Hamilton Barnes are currently working with a industry-leading Cisco Partner in the Netherlands, specialising in cutting-edge network solutions across Software-Defined Access (SDA), Firepower, and Identity Services Engine (ISE). With a strong reputation for delivering enterprise-scale projects, this company is currently offering a 12-month freelance contract for a Senior Project Manager to oversee one of their most important projects. This is a unique opportunity to work on a transformative project for a global leader in packaging manufacturing, managing a cutting-edge Cisco SD-Access solution project across more than 500 sites in Europe.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful planning and execution of a large-scale SD-Access deployment project spanning multiple sites across Europe. You will collaborate with teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure seamless project delivery while maintaining strict timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the EU wide project from a non-technical perspective.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and enterprise clients.
• Manage project risks, budgets, and timelines, ensuring smooth execution.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and reporting processes across all project phases.
• Coordinate EU-wide site deployments, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Key Skills:

• Senior Project Management experience leading large scale IT-Projects (Preferably Network Related)
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and engage with multiple stakeholders
• Experience handing budgets, timelines and risk management
• Management of third-party vendors
• Strong understanding of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Prince2 and PMP certifications are desired
• English Speaking
