DECSKILL operates in 3 main areas:


  • DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;
  • DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;
  • DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.


Our practice results in the creation of value for our customers, either by delivering qualified and value-added services, or through highly qualified and motivated professionals, as well as technology solutions that allow us to operate and transform the business of our customers.


We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join us in a hybrid project.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage information security policies and procedures
  • Monitor networks and systems to identify and respond to security incidents
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and collaborate with internal and external teams to implement necessary mitigations
  • Investigate and mitigate cybersecurity incidents, including malware, phishing, and ransomware attacks
  • Participate in the design and implementation of security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and multi-factor authentication systems
  • Deliver training sessions to raise awareness about safe practices in the digital environment
  • Possess knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, DORA)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define security and data protection requirements for our applications


If you have:

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity roles (minimum 2-5 years)
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and vulnerability management tools (e.g., Splunk, Nessus, Wireshark, Sentinel)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and perform well under pressure
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with emerging threats and cybersecurity trends
  • Certifications in the field (e.g., CEH, Security+, OSCP) are a plus
