Company's HR/PR Assistant

Responsibilities:

As the HR/PR Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring PeK Automotive's visibility and appeal as an employer of choice while supporting recruitment efforts. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

Public Relations and Social Media Management:

  • Creating, publishing, and managing engaging posts on social media platforms to promote PeK Automotive’s innovations, projects, and achievements,

  • Managing the company’s online presence to enhance its reputation and visibility in the industry,

  • Collaborating with teams to gather content (e.g., photos, videos, and updates) for public sharing.

Employer Branding and Promotion:

  • Developing strategies to promote PeK Automotive as a leading workplace in the tech and automotive industry,

  • Creating inspiring content to attract professionals to join our team,

  • Managing campaigns to increase awareness of PeK Automotive’s unique culture and opportunities.

Recruitment Support:

  • Conducting an initial review of CVs and assessing candidates' alignment with company requirements,

  • Coordinating and managing interview schedules, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers,

  • Maintaining a database of candidates and tracking recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR, PR, or social media management is preferred,

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create engaging and professional content,

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic knowledge of digital marketing,

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks,

  • Fluent in English (Slovenian is an advantage),

  • A proactive attitude with a passion for innovation and teamwork.
