Leadership Development Facilitator - Freelance (Norwegian speaking)

We're looking to increase our Contingent Workforce in Norway and are looking to recruit Senior Level leadership Development Facilitators.

You must have proven experience at a Senior/Director/Partner level of the following -

• Experience in facilitating Top Team workshops
• Experience in supporting and advising top Executives
• Experience working with C-suite and SVP / VP leaders
• Experience in Building high performing teams
• Experience working internationally and global organizations

Our roles are Freelance based and therefore you maybe required to work across a variety of Clients in Norway on an interim basis.
